I GREW UP IN LOS ANGELES and have lived and worked here most of my life. For many years, I owned and operated a boutique graphic design and advertising agency specializing in branding, packaging and collateral materials for both individual and corporate clients.

I started my career in real estate by buying and selling properties for personal investment. I developed a portfolio of income properties in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties; many of these properties required extensive remodeling which I personally contracted and supervised.

I had always dreamed of designing and building my own home and in 2006, I finally did - a stunning architectural residence and art studio on a walk street in Venice.

At the same time, I became interested in rural land development. I purchased land in Joshua Tree CA, sub-divided it and built a single-family residence that served as a model for an additional 40 homes. As my projects have often required funding, I have worked closely with financial institutions and have developed an understanding of lending options and requirements.

I represent both residential and commercial clients, here and abroad, who are seeking property investments for both personal use and portfolio expansion.
